LEVEL 0 CLASSES
Focus: Basic Rhythm, Basic Eight Moves, Basic Choreography, Understanding Tempo

Description: This level introduces young dancers to the fundamental elements of street dance (locking), emphasizing basic rhythm and simple choreography. Students will learn the foundational 'Basic Five' moves and develop a sense of musicality through tempo exercises.

Recommended Ages: 5 to 8 years old (Kids Course)
LEVEL 1 CLASSES
Focus: Signature Move, Rhythm and Basic Eight Moves, Interaction

Description: Building on Level 1, this course incorporates signature street dance (locking) moves and enhances rhythm skills. Interaction and teamwork are encouraged to develop social and cooperative skills through dance.

Recommended Ages: 9 to 16 years old (Teens & Kids Course), 17 and above (Adults Course)
LEVEL 2 CLASSES
Focus: Basic Floor Work, Advanced Signature Move, Freestyle

Description: This advanced level introduces basic floor work and more complex signature moves. Students will also explore freestyle techniques, encouraging creativity and personal expression in their dance routines.
Recommended Ages: 9 to 16 years old (Teens & Kids Course), 17 and above (Adults Course)

WHAT IS LOCKING
1960s STREET DANCE STYLE
Locking is a fun and energetic street dance style that began in the late 1960s and early 1970s, created by Don "Campbellock" Campbell. It features fast arm and hand movements, smooth leg and hip actions, and sudden pauses where the dancer freezes before moving again. Locking is known for its precise moves and playful style, making it exciting to watch and perform.
